St Willibrord International School

Our school is located inside the Topaz Center on Tulinj Road. Being in Nallasopara East means there is always a lot of activity right outside our front doors. It is a busy part of the neighborhood with shops and people constantly moving back and forth all day long. St Willibrord International School takes up a good chunk of the building there. We have different floors for the different age groups. The stairs get a lot of use every single day and the railings are a bit worn from all the hands grabbing them. We don't have a massive green field like some of those schools out in the country, but we make good use of the space we have inside. The teachers are usually seen carrying big stacks of notebooks or rushing to the next room before the next bell rings. It is a practical setup for a city school. We spend our time focusing on what is in the textbooks and making sure the students are actually paying attention during the lessons. The hallways are narrow and can get quite loud during the breaks between classes when everyone is switching rooms. You might see some of our staff grabbing a quick tea at the stall just down the road when things finally quiet down in the late afternoon. We are just a group of people trying to run a school in a very crowded city. It isn't always perfect and some of the desks have scratches on them from years of use, but it feels like a real place to us.
