We’ve been here at 91-A on Road No. 16 for quite some time now. Wagle Industrial Estate is a busy place, and it gets pretty loud during the day with all the trucks moving in and out. Our unit isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside, but it works for what we do. Most of the people working here have been around for years, so we all know the routine pretty well. In the mornings, you’ll see everyone heading towards their spots, maybe stopping for tea at the corner stall first. The road can get a bit messy during the rains, which is just how things are around here. Inside Silicaware, things are mostly about getting the daily tasks done without too much fuss. We have our desks and our equipment set up just the way we need them. It's not one of those modern glass buildings you see in the city. It’s a practical space. Sometimes the electricity flickers when the neighbors are running heavy loads, but we manage. People often get lost finding Road 16 because there are so many turns, but once you know the landmark, it’s easy enough. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look perfect for visitors. Most of our day is spent handling orders and making sure the counts are right before things go out. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a decent job every day.
