Pancham Udyog

We've been over here at W-205 in MIDC Phase II for quite a while now. It's a busy spot, mostly full of workshops and people getting things done. Pancham Udyog is just a regular setup where we focus on our daily work without making much noise about it. Some days it gets pretty loud in the unit, especially when all the equipment is running at once, but that is just how things go in an industrial area like this. We usually start early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool before the afternoon sun hits the roof. The staff knows the routine inside out. We have our tea breaks, talk about what needs finishing, and then get back to it. It’s not fancy here, just concrete floors and heavy tools. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a bit of trouble finding us in Phase II because the turns all look the same, but once people visit once, they remember where we are. We don't spend much time on the computer or making flyers. Most of our day is spent actually handling the work and making sure everything is lined up right. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out, in this part of town. If you walk past, you'll probably hear the hum of the machines and see a few of us moving crates around. That’s pretty much the whole story.
