Ashok Stove Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No D-77/1 in the T.T.C. Industrial Area, which is part of the M.I.D.C. in Turbhe. It’s a heavily industrial zone, so our neighbors are all factories and warehouses. We manufacture stoves, which is a process that involves a lot of metal cutting, bending, and assembly. Our workshop is a busy place, and it’s definitely not a quiet office environment. There is a lot of noise from the tools and the sound of metal hitting metal. We don't have a fancy showroom for our products. Everything happens right here on the shop floor. We focus on building stoves that are solid and work properly for the people who use them. Our workers are local people who have learned the trade over many years. We don't use corporate talk or have long meetings about missions. We just check the production numbers and make sure the finished stoves are ready to be shipped out. Sometimes it gets very hot in the shed, especially during the summer, but the work has to get done. We deal with the daily challenges of being in an industrial area, like truck traffic and power fluctuations. It’s a simple, practical business. We show up, we make the stoves, and we send them out. That’s been our routine for a long time now. We just focus on the tools and the metal and getting the job done.
