Modern Kadaii

We have been here on New Kalyan Road for a while now. It’s a busy spot in Dombivli East, especially being so close to Manjunath College. A lot of students and folks from Khambalpada pass by our doors every single day. Modern Kadaii is just what we do. It’s where we spend most of our time, making sure things are running okay. Dealing with the Thane heat and the crowds can be a lot, but we stay open. You can find us right near the college, it’s hard to miss if you’re walking down this part of Dombivli. We don’t really have a big fancy office or anything like that, just this place on the ground. Sometimes it gets loud with the traffic outside, but that is just how it is in this area. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years. People stop in, get what they need, and head back out to the main road. It is the 421201 area, if you are searching for us on a map. We try to keep things simple here. No big speeches or anything, just showing up and doing the work. If you are near the college or over in Khambalpada, you’ve probably seen us. It is a local place for local people. Not much more to say than that. Just a regular business on a regular street in Thane.
