Jyoti Kitchen

We are located at RP-12 in Milap Nagar, over in Dombivli East. Being near AMS Hospital means there is always a lot of activity around us. Jyoti Kitchen is a small operation. It is mostly just us cooking and making sure the orders are ready on time. We do not have a big fancy dining room or anything like that. It is a practical space designed for getting work done. We spend a lot of time at the stove, especially during the lunch and dinner hours. The neighborhood in Milap Nagar is mostly residential, so we know a lot of our neighbors. Sometimes it feels more like a home kitchen than a business, which we actually quite like. We do not use any marketing buzzwords or have a big corporate plan. We just want to make sure the food tastes like something you would make for your own family. The floors are a bit worn down from all the walking back and forth, and the kitchen gets quite hot in the afternoons when we are busy. But that is just how it goes. We try our best to keep up with everything, even when several orders come in at once and we have to move fast. If you are coming from the MIDC side, we are not too far away from the main road. It is just a simple, local kitchen run by people who enjoy what they do. We have been here for a while.
