We are located in the Falah Complex, specifically C1/401, which is right by Talav Pali in Thane. Being near the lake is nice, though the traffic on the main road can be a headache during the evening rush. Siddiqui Brothers Masala Manufacturing Llp is where we spend all our time. The complex is a mix of homes and small businesses, so there is always someone walking by the door. We have the manufacturing setup for our masalas right here. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze with the grinders and the packing station, but we make it work. The smell of roasted chilies and turmeric is always in the air. Sometimes it makes us sneeze, but that is part of the job. We are just a family business, really. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone fancy like that. My brothers and I handle everything from buying the raw spices to sealing the packets ourselves. We have a few stools to sit on when we are tired, and a small TV in the corner that we rarely turn on. The floors are concrete and we scrub them down every single night before we leave. It is a lot of hard work and your hands always end up stained yellow from the spices, but we are used to it now. It is just what we do to keep the business going every day.
