You can find us at Shop No. 9 in the Om Paza Chs building in Sector 2. Koparkhairane is a busy place, and we are right in the middle of it at Plot No. 96. We stay open late because people coming home from work always want a quick bite or something cold to drink. The smell of the fryer is always around us. We make a lot of different snacks, and the juice machine is always running in the corner. Sai Vijayshri Fast Food & Juice Centre Llp isn't a big fancy restaurant, just a small corner where you can get food without waiting too long. My wife helps with the cooking and I handle the juice and the customers. We have a few small tables on the sidewalk, but they fill up fast. The traffic in the sector is pretty loud, especially in the evenings. We have been here for a few years now and we know most of the people who live in the building above us. It is a lot of work, keeping the oil hot and the fruit chopped. Sometimes we run out of things before the night is over. We do not have a big staff, just us and a young boy who helps with the cleaning. It is a simple life, mostly spent on our feet behind the counter. We just try to get the orders right and keep the place running for the neighborhood.
