Our shop is number 02 in the Lotus No 16 building. We are right near Balwant Niwas on Dr Moose Road in the Talaopali area of Thane. If you know the lake, then you know exactly where we are. Priyamadhu Foods And Hospitality Llp is a small place where we handle food and hosting stuff. It is a busy corner of town. There is always someone walking by going to the lake or the shops nearby. We keep the doors open most of the day to catch a little breeze. The shop is not very big, so we have to be smart about where we put everything. We have some tables and the kitchen area takes up most of the back space. We are not trying to be the biggest company in Thane. We just want to do right by the people who come in. Most of our staff lives within walking distance, which is good when the monsoon hits and the roads get flooded. We spend a lot of time cleaning and doing prep work. It is just the way it goes in the food business. Sometimes we run out of things early, and we have to tell people to come back tomorrow. It is a bit chaotic, but it is our chaos. We like being part of the community here near Talaopali. It feels like a real neighborhood where people know your name. We just do our work and go home to our families.
