Prepwin Study Centre

We are way up on the eleventh floor of Victoria Apartment in the Lodha Complex. Being in Majiwada, Thane, means we are right off the Eastern Express Highway, so the location is handy even if the traffic is a nightmare sometimes. Prepwin Study Centre is basically a converted apartment space. It feels more like a home than an office, which is fine by us. We have the usual things—desks, chairs, a small area for tea. Because we are so high up, it is actually pretty quiet once you shut the door. You can see the highway stretching out, but the noise doesn't reach us that much. We spend a lot of time organizing study materials and sitting with students. Thane has grown so much lately, and this whole complex is always busy with people coming and going. We don't have a big sign outside or anything, people just know we are here in 1102. Most of our work involves keeping track of schedules and making sure everyone has a quiet place to work. It’s not a corporate environment. We wear regular clothes and talk like normal people. Sometimes the elevator takes forever, but that's just part of living or working in a big complex like Lodha. We’ve got a good routine going here. It’s just about providing a space where people can get their work done without too many distractions from the outside world. We often end up staying late to finish our own reading or to clean up the kitchen area.
