Ninad Sweets

Ninad Sweets is located at H3/3 in Goregaon. It’s a small shop, but we manage to do a lot with the space we have. Most of our day is spent in the back, working with milk, sugar, and flour. There’s always a bit of flour dust on the counters, no matter how much we wipe them down. That’s just the nature of making sweets. We aren't a big factory; we are just a local spot where everything is handled by hand. The neighborhood in Goregaon is pretty quiet around our block, but we have our busy hours, especially in the mornings and late evenings when people are heading home. We have a glass display case that we fill up every day. Sometimes we sell out of the popular stuff early, and we have to tell people to come back tomorrow. It’s a simple setup. We don't have fancy uniforms or a marketing department. It’s just us, the trays of sweets, and the customers from the nearby buildings. We’ve known some of these families for years. It’s nice to see the kids grow up and start coming in on their own. We keep the place clean and the sweets fresh, and that’s about it. There’s no grand plan, just a lot of cooking and packing boxes for people who want something sweet after dinner. It’s what we know how to do. Sometimes we stay late to prep for the next morning, but that's just part of the job.
