Sweet Chilly

Sweet Chilly is located at Shop No 21 in the Lodha Shopping Center. This is on Kalyan Shill Road, in the Tilak Nagar area of Dombivali East. It’s quite a busy spot because of the shopping center. We are also near Shivaji Chowk, which is where everyone meets up. Thane is always crowded, and Dombivali is no different. The shop is small but we make it work. I start my day by opening the shutters early. There is a lot of dust from the road because of all the construction and traffic. I spend a good amount of time cleaning the glass and the counters. People come in while they are doing their other shopping. It’s a convenient place for them. The Lodha building is modern, which is nice. We have a lot of competition around here, but we just do our own thing. I don't use any fancy marketing tricks. I just talk to the customers when they come in. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator. That's just part of life here. Kalyan Shill Road is always packed with vehicles. You can hear the noise from inside the shop. It’s a lively place to be. We are just a small shop trying to get through the day like everyone else, serving whoever walks through the door.
