New Career Institute & College is on the 3rd floor of the Span Building in Shivaji Park, Mumbai. We are located right above the Punjab National Bank, so people often use that as a landmark to find us. Being in the Shivaji Park area of Mumbai means we are in a very well-known part of the city. To get to us, you have to head into the building and take the stairs or the lift up to the third floor. The office and the classrooms are pretty standard for a Mumbai institute—space is used efficiently because that’s just how things are in this city. You can hear the sounds of the park and the traffic nearby, especially during the peak hours. Students come here from all over Maharashtra, often arriving a bit tired from their commute on the local trains. The atmosphere inside is focused, with people sitting at their desks working on their materials. We have some windows that look out over the street, but mostly everyone is looking at their books or the instructors. It’s a straightforward setup without any unnecessary decorations. The 400601 area is a busy hub, and being above a bank makes the building feel very solid and secure. Most of the folks who come here are just looking to improve their skills and move forward with their lives. It's a busy, practical place to be.
