If you are looking for us in Badlapur, we are right above the Monasila Hotel on the second floor. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs at Sai Shyam Apartment, specifically Room No. 4. Being on Katrap New D.P. Road means we see a lot of the local traffic going by. It’s not the biggest space, but it works for what we do here at the National Institute Of Management. The office gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have the fans going. Most of us have been around Thane for years, so we know the area well. It's a practical setup. We have some desks and chairs and filing cabinets that have seen better days. It isn’t like those glossy brochures you see for big schools in the city. Here, it is just us helping people out with their paperwork and classes. Sometimes the noise from the hotel downstairs drifts up, especially during lunch hours when things get busy. We mostly just focus on the tasks at hand. People come in, ask their questions, and we try to give them straight answers. It’s a simple operation really. We don’t go in for big displays or anything fancy. Just a quiet spot in Badlapur where the work happens day in and day out. We like being part of the neighborhood and seeing the same faces every morning when we open up the office and start the day.
