Mahape is a noisy place, especially inside the TTC Industrial Area. Our spot is at El-108 in the Electronic Zone. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long. Motion Drivetronics Pvt. Ltd. is basically just a group of us working around electronics and mechanical parts. The floor is usually covered in some kind of assembly work or components waiting to be moved. It’s not a showroom. It’s a place where we get our hands dirty. The commute to the Electronic Zone can be a bit of a headache during peak hours, so we mostly just hunker down once we get here. There is always a pot of tea going somewhere in the back. We have some heavy benches and a lot of tools that have seen better days. It’s practical. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or big signs. If you walk in, you’ll see people focused on their benches or checking some paperwork. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, but we have the fans running. We’ve been at this address for a good stretch of time. The industrial life is what it is. We deal with the day-to-day problems, fix what needs fixing, and keep things moving. There’s no big corporate speech here, just the reality of running a shop in a busy industrial belt. We keep it simple and just stay on top of the orders that come through the door.
