We’ve been here at Plot No 64 in CBD Belapur for a while now. Everest Engineering Equipment Pvt Ltd is basically just us working with heavy machinery and spare parts. It gets pretty loud and dusty at the Ideal Trade Center, but that is just how it is when you deal with this kind of stuff every day. People come by looking for specific cranes or parts they can't find elsewhere in the city. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking lists in the warehouse out back. It’s a lot of physical work and sometimes a bit too much paperwork for my liking. The office isn't fancy, just some desks and some old metal files. Sometimes we stay late because a delivery is delayed or a customer needs something fixed right away for a job site. Belapur is a busy spot, and being in Sector-11 means there is always traffic and noise around the building. We don't do big ads or anything like that. Most folks know us from word of mouth or because they’ve seen our sign at number 45. It’s a straightforward job. We get the equipment in, check it over, and get it out to whoever needs it for their construction project. Sometimes it’s a bit stressful when things break down, but we just handle it. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, with more buildings going up everywhere. We just keep doing our thing here.
