Konstelec Enginerrspvt.Ltd is based in Kalyan West, over in Thane. We are at 5, Yash Apartment in Gandhar Nagar, which is in the Khadakpada area. It’s a residential building, so it doesn't feel like a cold office building. We have neighbors who are just living their lives, and then there’s us working on engineering plans. It makes for a nice, grounded atmosphere. We started here because it was convenient and it stuck. Our team is small, and we spend our time managing different engineering projects. The office is usually filled with the sound of computers and people talking about site visits. Kalyan is a busy place, and getting around can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a fancy reception or anyone to open the door for you. You just come in and we talk about whatever needs to be done. It’s very informal. We focus on getting the details right because that’s what matters in this line of work. Sometimes we stay late when a project is closing, and other times it’s a bit more relaxed. We don't try to act like we are bigger than we are. We are just a local firm in an apartment building doing our best to keep things running smoothly. It is what it is, and we like it that way. No drama, just engineering work.
