Mhatres Fitness Mantra

We opened Mhatres Fitness Mantra a few years ago in the Shiv Shakti Building. It is right on the ground floor, across shops 3, 4, 5, and 7. You can find us easily because we are on the Koper Khairne Station Road in Sector 4A. Jija Mata School is also very close by. It is just a regular place where people come to move around and get some exercise. We don't have fancy lights or anything, just the equipment people need for their daily routines. Most of us here live in Kopar Khairane or nearby Navi Mumbai, so it's a local crowd. Sometimes it gets a bit busy in the mornings when everyone is trying to squeeze in a workout before heading to work. The floor space is decent since we took over a few shops to make it work. We try to keep things organized but sometimes a weight gets left out or the music is a bit loud. It's just how a neighborhood gym usually is. People know each other by name and we chat a bit between sets. We are open most days and try to keep the doors unlocked on time so nobody is waiting outside. It’s a practical setup for anyone looking to stay active without making it a whole big production. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and most of our regulars have been coming since the start.
