Mhatre Tea Villa (Opc) Private Limited

Down in Kharghar at Ravechi Heights, you’ll find us at Shop Number 3. We are right in Sector 7, which is a part of Navi Mumbai that keeps growing every time you look. The shop is tucked into the ground floor of the building. It’s mostly just us and the steam from the kettles all day long. We chose this spot because it felt right for a tea place, even if the dust from the nearby construction gets everywhere sometimes. Being a one-person company means there is always a lot on my plate, from checking the milk delivery to sweeping the front step. People from the offices nearby come in when they need a break. It's a simple setup. We have a few benches and the usual tea stuff. Nothing is really polished or high-end here. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the tea tastes the same regardless. Navi Mumbai has its own pace, a bit slower than the main city but still busy. We see the same faces every morning and evening. It’s nice to have that routine. Sometimes the monsoon rains make it hard for customers to reach us, but we stay open anyway. We are just here, doing our thing, making sure the tea is ready for whoever walks through the door in Sector 7.
