Mhalsa Cuisine Private Limited

Mhalsa Cuisine Private Limited operates out of Flat 601 in Girijatmak Heights. This is over at the Ashtavinayak Sankul Chowk in Badlapur East. It is a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working, but the view of Thane from up here is something else. We are a small group of people who really care about local flavors. We do not have a big fancy restaurant front yet. Most of what we do happens in our kitchen space here in the building. We spend our mornings sourcing fresh ingredients from the local markets in Badlapur. Then we spend the rest of the day cooking and testing out recipes. It gets pretty busy and the smells of spices usually fill up the whole hallway. We try to keep things quiet so we do not bother the other residents in the building too much. It is a very local vibe. We do not use big words to describe what we do. We just make food that we would want to eat ourselves. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk about new ideas for the menu. Other days are a total rush from start to finish. We are just a small business trying to make a mark in the 421503 area. It is a humble start, but we are happy with how things are going so far. No big corporate stuff here, just us and our pots and pans and the daily grind of cooking.
