Lark Winery Llp is located out in the Additional MIDC area of Ambernath East. You can find us at W-93 in Anand Nagar. It’s an industrial part of the Thane district, so we are surrounded by other workshops and plants. The pin code is 421506. We work on the winery side of things, dealing with all that entails. It’s not a fancy vineyard you’d see in a magazine, but a practical facility where the actual work gets done. The weather in Ambernath can get quite hot, which affects how we manage the space. We spend our days checking on the processes and making sure the equipment is running right. Being in the MIDC means we have the space we need for the tanks and storage. It’s a lot of cleaning and monitoring, honestly. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of people, just a local outfit trying to make a go of it. Sometimes the roads in Anand Nagar get a bit rough with all the heavy trucks, but we’ve gotten used to it. We started this because we wanted to be involved in the production side. Most of our time is spent on the floor rather than at a desk. It’s hard work and your hands usually get dirty, but that’s the reality of a winery. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and it suits us well. There’s no marketing team here, just us making sure the product is handled properly.
