We are located in the Sai Anand Building, which is just off the Eastern Express Highway in Sambhaji Nagar. Being in Wagle Estate means we are surrounded by a lot of other industrial and commercial businesses. Our unit is number 1, so it’s pretty easy to spot once you get off the main road. The area stays quite busy with trucks and vans moving goods in and out. Inside, we have a mix of office space and storage. We deal with various hardware and industrial items that people in this part of Thane often need. The building is an older one, but it serves our purpose well enough. We spend a lot of time checking inventory and making sure we have what people are asking for. It gets a bit dusty with all the movement nearby, so we are always wiping down the counters. We don't have a big marketing department or anything; we just focus on the daily tasks at hand. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times we are just busy organizing the shelves. The highway is so close that you can always hear the traffic, which reminds us how central we are. It’s a straightforward operation here. We handle the paperwork, talk to the transporters, and keep the business running. Most of the folks who stop by are from the surrounding factories or small workshops in the Wagle Estate area who need parts quickly.
