You’ll find Vishal Plastic Product over at the Anushka Industrial Estate in Bhayander East. We are in Gala Number 7 on B P Cross Road Number 4. The industrial estate is a noisy place, always filled with the sound of trucks backing up and machines humming. Our gala is no different. We spend the whole day working with plastic, whether it’s molding, cutting, or packing things up for delivery. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear your best clothes because everything gets covered in a thin layer of plastic dust eventually. We don't have a separate office area, so we just have a small desk tucked in the corner where we keep the invoices and the phone. It’s a very hands-on environment. When the machines are running, it gets pretty loud, so we usually have to shout to hear each other over the noise. We’ve been in this gala for a long time now and we’ve got a routine that works. Most of the guys here live nearby in Bhayander, so we’re a local crew. We don't spend any time on fancy decorations or branding. We just focus on getting the plastic products made and shipped out to whoever ordered them. It’s a lot of physical work, and the days are long, but we just keep at it and make sure the jobs get finished before we head home.
