Our office is located in the Wagle Estate area of Thane, specifically at A-3 Shri Anand Nagar Society on Mohanji Suderji Road. It’s an industrial and commercial hub, so there’s a lot of trucks and activity all the time. We work with different kinds of instruments, and the space is usually filled with boxes and crates coming and going. It’s not a fancy showroom. It’s more of a functional warehouse and office combo. The air in Thane can be quite humid, especially during the monsoon, so we spend a lot of time making sure the equipment is kept dry and safe. We’ve been here for a while and we know the other business owners on the road. It’s a gritty, hardworking part of town. Our team isn't very big, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to helping with the loading. We don't have a polished website or a big PR team. We just focus on the instruments and making sure they get to where they need to go. The office furniture is basic and the floor is concrete, but it’s what we need for this kind of work. We usually grab some snacks from the small shop around the corner when the afternoon slump hits. It’s a busy, unpretentious life here in the estate. We don't do much more than just keep the business running and handle the instruments with care.
