We are located in Mumbai, specifically in the Dimple Arcade Annex over in Asha Nagar, Kandivali East. Our office is A-301. Being in Mumbai means there’s always a bit of chaos outside, but once you get up to the third floor, it’s a bit more manageable. At Igm Roboticssystems, we work on robotic setups. It’s a lot of technical planning and looking at diagrams. The space is a bit tight with all the equipment we have to keep around. We’ve got computers, testing units, and various parts scattered on almost every flat surface. We try to keep it organized, but when you're in the middle of a project, that usually goes out the window. We’ve got a small team here. We aren't one of those massive companies with a HR department on every floor. We’re just people who enjoy the technical challenges that come with robotics. Sometimes the monsoon rain hits the windows so hard you can't hear yourself think, but we keep working through it. Kandivali East is a good neighborhood, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the local trains and the traffic. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle and some tea bags. People come to see us for the work we do, not for a tour of a shiny office. It’s a practical workspace for practical engineering. We do our best to stay on top of the schedule.
