Ibms Vashi Navi

We are based over in Vashi. Specifically at Flat 303 in Navi Mumbai. It's an apartment setup, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. Being in Maharashtra, we get that typical Mumbai pace, even if Vashi is slightly different from the main city. We have been here for a while now. The 400704 area is pretty convenient for us to get to. Most of the team just comes in and gets right to work. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. It's just Ibms Vashi Navi. Some people get confused finding the flat at first, but once you're here, it’s fine. We have our computers and some chairs, nothing too fancy at all. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have the fans going to keep it okay. It's a practical space. We don't spend much on decor. We'd rather just focus on the work that needs doing. Sometimes we order food from the local places around Vashi. There are some good spots nearby that we like. It’s a simple operation. We aren't part of some massive corporation. Just local people working out of a flat. It works for us. We've got a rhythm going. Every morning starts with a quick chat and then we dive into the tasks for the day. It's not always perfect, but we get things finished eventually. It’s just how we operate.
