Humtea Dumtea Cafes And Restaurants Llp is located in Samelpada, over in the Umrale area of Thane. We are at A-303, which is where we handle the administrative side of the cafes. The name is a bit silly, we know, but it makes people smile sometimes. Running a cafe and restaurant business is a lot of work and involves long hours. We aren't just sitting in an office; we are often out at the locations making sure things are running okay. Thane is a huge place and it’s always growing, so there is always a new crowd to serve. Our setup at Samelpada is pretty basic. It’s mostly where we keep our files and meet with our staff. We don't have a corporate culture or anything like that. We just want the food to be decent and the tea to be hot. Some nights we are working until very late because something broke or a supplier didn't show up. It’s not a polished life. We deal with real problems every day, like kitchen equipment failing or finding good help. We don't make big promises about being the best.
