Hotel Heritage

We are situated at 4 201 Vastu Anand in Parsik Nagar, which is in the Kalwa area of Thane. The pin code is 400605. It’s a residential part of the world, so it feels a bit more like a home than a big city hotel. We’ve been here for a good while, watching the buildings go up around us. We aren't a big chain with hundreds of rooms. We just have a few spots for people who need a place to stay while they’re visiting family or here for business. The building is a regular apartment-style structure. We don’t have a big sign with flashing lights. You just find us in the colony. We handle everything ourselves, from the cleaning to the paperwork. It’s not always perfect; sometimes the water pressure is a bit low or the lift takes a minute to arrive. We don’t have a fancy restaurant downstairs, but there are plenty of small shops nearby where you can get some food. It’s a quiet life for the most part, away from the main noise of Mumbai. We just try to provide a clean bed and a quiet night. It’s a modest place and we don’t pretend it’s anything else. We’ve lived in Thane for years and we like this neighborhood. It’s just a simple, local business run by real people.
