Tivoli Garden Resort

The office for Tivoli Garden Resort is actually run out of a flat in Mamata Apartment, which is House Number 302 in Sector 12-D of Koparkhairne. It is a quiet residential neighborhood in Navi Mumbai, far away from the noise of the main highways. We share this space with Amit Sood, and it’s a very simple, home-like environment where we handle all the bookings and phone calls. Instead of a corporate lobby, we have a living room area that we’ve turned into a workspace with a few desks and chairs. There are usually files stacked up on the table and some calendars on the wall to keep track of dates. We don't have a big sign outside, so you have to know which building it is to find us. The balcony looks out over the other apartment blocks in the sector, and it’s a nice spot to take a quick break when the phones aren't ringing. Our daily routine involves a lot of talking to people about their travel plans and making sure all the details are written down correctly in our ledgers. The kitchen in the flat is where we make our own coffee and eat lunch together. It is a very small operation here, just a few of us working in a space that feels more like a home than a business. We like the quiet pace of Koparkhairne because it lets us focus on the paperwork without too much distraction. It is just a functional, low-key spot where we manage things.
