Hotel Tunga Regency Pvt Ltd

We are located on the 5th floor of the Lilly Annex, which is building number 6 on SV Road in Jogeshwari West. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, so there’s always noise coming up from the street. Our room number is 508. It’s not a huge space, but it’s where we manage things for Hotel Tunga Regency. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow sometimes, so we usually just wait or take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. Inside, it’s just us and the computers. We deal with room bookings, guest complaints, and supplies. It’s the kind of place where you always have a cup of tea on your desk that’s gone cold. We don't have any polished speeches about hospitality. We just try to make sure the rooms are ready and the bills are paid. The SV Road area is always crowded, which keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, especially during the wedding season when everything gets hectic. We've been in this building for a while and know most of the other tenants. It’s just a regular Mumbai office life for us. We handle the behind-the-scenes stuff so the hotel can keep running. Nothing fancy, just the daily grind of managing a business in a crowded city like this. We stay here until the work is finished, then head home in the traffic.
