Gupta Bhelpuri & Coldrink Centre

You can find Gupta Bhelpuri & Coldrink Centre at 2 Kandivali East, specifically within the Royal Industrial Estate on Naigon Cross Lane. We are located in the Anand Smruti building. It is an interesting spot because you have all these large industrial units all around us, and then there is our little corner. We started this because people working in the estate needed a place to grab something quick and a cold drink during their afternoon break. It is a small setup and we keep things simple. The area can get pretty dusty with all the manufacturing work going on in the Royal Industrial Estate, but we keep our space clean and ready for whoever walks in. Naigon Cross Lane is a busy little shortcut for many people, so we see a lot of the same faces every single day. It is not a big restaurant with waiters or a menu; it is more of a place where you stand and eat or take your food back to the workshop. We have been in Anand Smruti for a good while now. The morning is usually spent prepping the ingredients, getting the chutneys ready, and making sure the drinks are as cold as possible. By the time the afternoon heat hits the lane, people are usually looking for a soda or some fresh bhelpuri. We do not have a marketing plan or anything like that. We just open the shutters, serve the folks from the nearby units, and chat with the regulars.
