Gully Chefs Llp is located at Survey No 2, Hissa No 4/3/1 and 4/1, over in the Veer Savarkar area. The name kind of says it all—we aren't about fancy dining or high-end stuff. We are more about the real, everyday side of food. Our location is a bit of a mix of industrial and local vibes, and we fit right in. It’s a busy spot with a lot of movement, and that energy keeps us going throughout the shift. We spend most of our time in the thick of it, dealing with the actual work rather than sitting behind a computer screen. The space we have is functional and used to its full potential every single day. It can get pretty hot and noisy, but that’s just the nature of what we do. We don't really bother with polished mission statements or long-term corporate strategies. We just wake up, get to the site, and start working on whatever needs to be done for the day. Being in the Veer Savarkar vicinity means we are surrounded by other hard-working people, which feels right. We are just a group of people who know how to handle ourselves in a kitchen environment and wanted to build something for ourselves. It’s straightforward, a bit messy at times, but always honest work. We just do our best to keep things moving and get the orders out on time.
