Golden Time

We are located inside V Mall, which is at the Thakur Complex in Kandivali East. Our shop is number 62. Being in a mall is a bit different from being on the street, but it has its own rhythm. We see a lot of families coming through on the weekends when they are out for a movie or dinner. During the week, it is a bit quieter, which gives us time to catch up on things. We have been in this spot for a bit, and we have gotten to know the other shopkeepers in the complex. It is a decent place to work. We do not have a giant staff or anything, just a couple of us who take turns at the counter. The shop is small, so we have to be smart about how we use the shelves. We do not do big sales pitches or try to convince people to buy things they do not need. If someone walks in, we say hello and let them look around at their own pace. It is a simple business model. We are not trying to change the world; we just want to provide a reliable place for people to find a watch or get a battery changed. The mall lights are bright, and the air conditioning is nice in the summer, which is a plus. We just show up every day and do what we do.
