Giri Academy

Giri Academy is a small place for learning located in Kandivali East on Nagardas Road. We are on the third floor in Flat No 303 of the B Wing in the Shradha A building. We have been helping students from this neighborhood with their studies for quite a while now. It is not a massive institution with hundreds of rooms it is just a personal space where we can focus on the lessons. Usually the place gets quite busy in the afternoons after the local schools let out. You can hear the sounds of students talking and pens scratching on paper. We don't go for big advertisements or putting up giant posters around the city. Most of our students come to us because their parents heard about us from a friend or a neighbor. That kind of word of mouth is very important to us. The building itself is a regular residential and commercial mix so it feels very familiar and safe for the kids who come here. Sometimes the elevator in the B wing is a bit slow so some of the students just take the stairs up to the third floor. We just try to do a good job and make sure the students understand what they are being taught. It is satisfying to see them improve over the months. We aren't trying to be the biggest academy in Mumbai we just want to be a helpful place for the families living here in Kandivali. It is a simple goal but it keeps us very busy.
