Fakht Khao Food Services Llp

We are located at 17 D / 16 in Sector 48 Nerul. Washi is a busy part of town and our little spot is right in the middle of all that noise. It isn't a large place, just enough room for the stoves and a few tables where we prep everything. The name on the paper is Fakht Khao Food Services Llp, but mostly people just see us as the guys working in the back room of the building. We spend a lot of time washing vegetables and making sure the containers are stacked right. The lighting in the hallway isn't great, but inside the kitchen it’s bright enough to see what we are doing. It gets pretty humid in Nerul, so we leave the back door open when the weather allows it. You can hear the traffic from the main road all day long. We don’t have a receptionist or anyone to answer the phone with a script. Usually, someone just wipes their hands on an apron and picks up the mobile if it rings. It’s a messy job sometimes with the flour and the oil everywhere, but that is just how it goes when you’re making food for a living. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and the routine is the same every morning. We show up, turn on the lights, and start the burners before the sun gets too high. It is just basic work for us.
