Crisp Cuisines Llp is based at 1 101 Madhur, which is part of the Dewan And Sons Complex. This is located at S No. 106 107 in Gokhiware. It is a bit of a walk from the main transport links, but it’s a solid place to work from. The complex is quite large and has a lot of different units. We are in the Madhur building. It’s a busy spot with lots of small businesses doing their own thing. Our unit is where we handle all the planning and the actual food work. It’s not a very quiet area because there is always someone loading a van or moving boxes nearby. We have a basic kitchen setup and some space for our records. The walls are a bit scuffed from moving things around. We don't really mind because it’s a working space, not a showroom. Most days we are just busy with the daily routine of preparing things and making sure everything is where it should be. The weather in Gokhiware can be a bit dusty, but we keep the inside as clean as we can. It’s a regular job for everyone here. We don't use any fancy titles or have long meetings. We just talk about what needs to be done and then we do it. It’s a practical way to run a business and it keeps us grounded in the local community. There is always something that needs fixing or moving around the shop.
