Challengers Group Tutions

We set up Challengers Group Tutions in Shop No.7 at Niku Palace. It’s right on Station Road in Ulhasnagar 3, so it’s easy for the kids to get here after school. We’re quite close to the Balaji Temple, which everyone knows. The space isn't huge, but we’ve got enough desks and chairs for the groups. It gets a bit noisy outside because of the traffic on Station Road, but we’ve gotten used to it. I started this because I saw a lot of students needing a bit of extra help with their schoolwork. We don't do anything fancy here. We just sit down, go through the books, and try to make sense of the lessons. Sometimes the sessions run late, especially when exams are coming up. We have a few teachers who come in at different times. It’s a practical place. We don't have big leather chairs or air conditioning in every corner, just a quiet enough spot to study. Most of our students live nearby in Thane or take the train to the station and walk over. It's been a few years since we moved into Niku Palace. We know the neighbors and the shopkeepers around here. It feels like a small community. We just keep our heads down and focus on the teaching part. That’s what we’re here for every day, from morning until the last batch leaves in the evening. There is always a lot of grading to do, but we just get on with it.
