Cafe Singh (Opc) Private Limited

We are over in Navi Mumbai, specifically in the Ghansoli area at Datta Nagar. Our place is House No. 56/35, and honestly, the easiest way to find us is by looking for the Nmmc toilet nearby. It sounds a bit funny, but it’s a landmark everyone knows around here. Cafe Singh is an OPC, so it’s a small operation. I started this because I wanted something of my own in Talavali. The space isn't very large. We have to be clever with where we put the crates and the cooking stove. It’s a busy neighborhood with lots of people walking by to go to work or the station. We see a lot of workers and local residents stopping in. There’s no air conditioning, just some fans that we keep running all day. The walls are painted a simple color, and we have some basic benches. It gets pretty loud with the traffic and people chatting, but that’s the vibe of Navi Mumbai. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. Most people just find us by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor. We do our own washing up and we buy our ingredients from the local market every morning. It’s a lot of long hours, starting early and closing up late at night. But being your own boss in a place like Thane is worth the effort. It is just a simple, honest cafe.
