Bun Fight Tea

If you head down toward Nagar Kalyan Road, you’ll find us at Plot No. 823 in Nepti. The name Bun Fight Tea sounds a bit funny, I know, but it’s what we’ve got. We are out here where things are a bit more spread out, which is nice because it gives us room to breathe. The air usually smells like tea leaves and the dry dirt from the road. Most of the time, we’re busy unloading sacks and checking what’s inside. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who handle the day-to-day stuff. Sometimes the tea arrives and it’s perfect, other times we have to spend hours sorting through things. It’s just the nature of the business. The building itself is pretty basic, just a sturdy spot to keep the tea dry and safe. We get some visitors occasionally, mostly people who got lost looking for the main road, but we don’t mind a bit of company. We drink a lot of tea ourselves, mostly to make sure what we’re selling is actually worth it. It’s not a glamorous job. You get dirty, your back hurts from lifting, and there’s always more to do tomorrow. But we like being in Nepti. It’s quiet enough to get things done without too much interference. We’ve been at this for a while and we plan to stay right here for a lot longer.
