Shree Samarth Cold Coffee Center

We set up Shree Samarth Cold Coffee Center right here in Asangaon. It’s a simple spot where we make coffee and a few other drinks for people passing through the area. We aren't a big cafe with fancy chairs or music; it’s more of a place where you stand and have a quick drink before moving on. The main thing we do is cold coffee, which people seem to like when it gets really hot outside. We have a few blenders that run almost constantly during the busy hours. The floor can get a bit sticky from the sugar and milk, so we are always wiping things down with a cloth. Asangaon is a place where a lot of commuters stop, so we see a lot of different faces every single day. We get our milk from a local supplier every morning to keep things fresh. Sometimes we run out of ice earlier than we expected, and we have to scramble to get more from the market. It’s just a small family-run type of thing. We don’t have a menu with a hundred different items. We just stick to what we know how to make quickly and well. The regulars know us by name, and we know exactly how they like their coffee. It’s a busy little corner, especially in the evenings when people are heading home from work. We just keep the milk cold and the blenders moving.
