We’ve been operating out of Plot A/112 in Thane for a while now. It’s just a small setup here in the Kerom area, but it keeps us busy. Most days involve handling the paperwork and making sure everything is moving like it should. We aren't a big office with fancy lights or anything. People ask what we do, and mostly we just focus on the health-related side of the business under the Asaa Sanjivani name. It’s a lot of coordination. There is no big secret to how we work. We just show up, open the doors, and deal with whatever is on the desk that morning. Some days are slower than others. We have a small team, and everyone knows their job. We don’t really do big meetings. If something needs fixing, we just talk across the room and fix it. It feels more like a small family than a company sometimes.
