We set up our office at 104 in the Vishal Society, which is tucked away in Vaity Wadi within the Ramchandra Nagar 2 area of Panchpakhadi. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit different from having an office in a big glass building. We work from the ground floor, and you can often hear the kids playing outside or neighbors chatting. It makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, a few cupboards for our files, and a small area where we keep the stock we need to move quickly. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who have been working together for a long time. We handle everything from taking orders to making sure they get delivered on time. Sometimes the delivery vans have trouble finding the exact lane because it's a bit tucked away, so we end up standing out on the corner to wave them in. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive lighting. We’d rather just keep the overheads low and do our work properly. Most of our customers are locals or people we’ve known through word of mouth for years. We drink a lot of water because it gets quite stuffy in the afternoons. It’s a very basic setup, but it’s ours and it serves its purpose well enough for what we do every single day. We just try to stay busy.
