Aquila Organics is tucked away at No. 14/7 and 8 in the Vivekanand Society. We are located in the Saraswat Colony area of Dombivli East. It is more of a residential-feeling neighborhood than a cold industrial park, which gives our daily work a bit of a different vibe. Our office and work area are spread across these units. It can be a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We handle various organic products and there is always something being weighed or packed. We don't go in for big corporate logos on the walls or expensive carpets. The desks are a bit worn and there are files stacked up in the corners. We spend a lot of time on the computer or checking over the stocks we have in the back. Dombivli East is a busy part of town and we have been in this colony for quite a while now. The locals know us and we often chat with the neighbors during our tea breaks outside. It is a straightforward business where we just focus on the tasks we have for the day. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that, just a handful of us trying to keep the orders moving and the records straight. It’s not always perfectly organized, but the work gets done and that is what matters to us. We just keep pluggin' away.
