Aditi Green Organic Farms Pvt. Ltd. operates out of an office in Laxminarayan Residency on Pokhran Road No. 2. It’s a bit different because we are in a residential area, but it works for the administrative side of our organic farming. Most of our actual farm work happens elsewhere, but this is where we handle the paperwork and the planning. The room is D-1003. It’s a bit cramped with all the files and samples we keep around. We started this because we wanted to get closer to natural food. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of coordination involved between the fields and the customers. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to messages. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we get a bit of exercise on the stairs. Pokhran Road is a busy part of Thane, so there’s always noise from the street. We try to keep things organized, but honestly, it gets a bit messy during the peak seasons. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s just a handful of us trying to make organic products more available. We don’t have a fancy showroom. If you visit, you’ll just see us working at our desks. We stay busy and try to do right by the people who buy from us. It is just about doing the work and making sure the organic side of things stays on track.
