The Binary Project

The Binary Project is based out of a place called Devikripa in Paral, which is a post office area in Thalassery. We are in the Kannur district of Kerala, with the pin code 670671. It’s a beautiful part of the world, very green and usually quite humid. Our workspace isn't a glass office in a city; it’s more of a local house or a small building in a quiet spot. The name might sound like we are doing something very technical, and we are, but we do it from here. We have our computers and our cables scattered around. You can hear the rain on the roof during the monsoon season, which is quite something. We aren't a big team. It’s just a few of us working on our projects. We don't have a HR department or a PR team. We just handle the work ourselves. The commute is easy since we are right here in Paral. Sometimes we take a walk down the road to get some air and see the trees. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know us as the people who sit with computers all day. It’s a practical, humble way to run a business. We don't have any mission statements on the walls. We just have our monitors and a few fans to keep us cool. It’s a real, lived-in space where we try to build things that matter.
