Shaiju. Ak

This is the place for Shaiju Ak, located at Jisha Nivas in the Manjodi area of Thalassery. It is down in Kannur, Kerala. The address is basically a home, which is where the work happens most of the time. It is a very local setup. Thalassery is a beautiful place, but it can be quite humid and hot during the day. We do not have a big corporate office with a glass front and a fancy lobby. It is just a regular house called Jisha Nivas. Working from here means things are pretty informal most of the time. There is not a dress code or set hours in the way a big company would have them. We just handle what needs to be done when it needs to be done. The internet can be a bit spotty when it rains heavily, which happens a lot in this part of Kerala. We just take it in stride. People around here know us. It is not a place for big marketing pitches or polished presentations. We just deal with our daily tasks and keep things moving. The house is surrounded by trees and it is usually pretty peaceful. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog starts barking during a call, but that is just how it goes when you work from a residential spot. We are not trying to be some massive enterprise. It is just a small, local thing. We do our best.
