We are tucked away at G2/3 on the Second Cross Street in K S R Nagar. It is a quieter spot compared to the main industrial hubs in Ambattur, but it works well for what we do. Our setup is pretty simple. We have some space for the systems we work on and a few desks for the technical stuff. It isn’t a massive warehouse, just a regular workplace where we solve problems as they come up. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with parked bikes, but that is typical for this part of town. The people working here are mostly focused on the technical side of solutions. We spend a lot of time looking at screens or checking components. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll see people in suits; we usually just wear what is comfortable for a day of hands-on work. We take things as they come. Some weeks are hectic with lots of troubleshooting, and others are a bit slower. We don't have a big corporate philosophy. We just come in, check the schedule, and get to work on the systems that need attention. Ambattur is a good place to be because there are so many other businesses nearby if we need a specific part or a quick bit of help. We’ve been here for a bit and have gotten to know the neighborhood well.
