Techindia Infoway Pvt. Ltd. is based out of B-15 on Second Cross St in the Ambattur Industrial Estate. If you know Ambattur, you know it’s a lot of factories and small shops. We’re tucked in among them on the second cross. Our office is pretty basic. We’ve got computers, some server racks that make a lot of humming noise, and a lot of cables everywhere. It’s not the kind of tech office you see in movies with bean bags and ping pong tables. We’re more about sitting down and getting the coding or the support work finished. Sometimes the internet acts up or the air conditioning struggles with the heat, but we manage. We’ve been here for a while now and the team is mostly local folks. We don't have any grand statements to make. We just take the work as it comes and try not to make mistakes. If we do mess up, we just fix it and move on. It’s a regular job for us. The area can get pretty crowded during shift changes, so we try to time our lunch breaks to avoid the rush. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation at B-15. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just making sure the systems stay up and the clients are okay. There’s usually a pile of old keyboards in the corner and a few empty coffee mugs on the desks by the end of the day. It’s just how it goes when you're busy working.
