If you’re looking for us, we are right there in Villivakkam on Lakshmipuram 1st Street. It’s just off New Avadi Road, and being near the ICICI Bank makes it easy for people to give directions. This branch has been our base for a while. It’s not a huge space, but it fits what we need for the info solutions work we handle. Most of the day is spent looking at screens or trying to figure out why a particular bit of software isn't behaving. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of hardware coming in at once, but we manage. We aren't the type of place that wears suits or has a scripted way of talking to people. You just walk in, tell us what’s wrong with your setup, and we see if we can fix it. Sometimes it’s a quick fix, other times we’re scratching our heads for a few hours. The neighborhood is busy, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve got a few desks pushed together and some old cables tucked in the corners. It’s a practical workspace, not a showroom. We know the regulars by name and they know we’ll give them a straight answer about their tech issues. We just keep plugging away at the tasks as they come in, trying to keep everyone’s systems running without too much trouble. It’s just how we get through the week.
