Universal Solution Inc. is our small business located at No. 500 in the 7th Block of Mugappair West. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while now. It’s a busy part of the city, and we are tucked away in the 7th block where things are a little more residential but still active. We handle a variety of things here. It’s not a massive office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular space where we get our work done every day. We don't really go in for big advertisements or flashy signs. Most people who come to us are local or have heard about us from someone else in Mugappair. We try to keep things organized, but there are always files and boxes around. It’s just the two or three of us mostly. We don't have a corporate handbook. We just figure things out as we go. Sometimes the phones ring off the hook and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We appreciate being in this part of town because everything we need is close by. We aren't looking to expand into some giant company. We just want to keep doing what we do from our spot at No. 500. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We show up in the morning, do what needs to be done, and close up in the evening.
